I really like this one, Pam! Ill be referencing it as my favorite of the day in our Female Artists - Creative Women group. I love how you've handled the textures in this piece. Many people tend to go for the smooth washed rocks and the clear purity of the water. I've lived near water like that, and seen it often enough, but there is also a lot to be said for the random floating things washed up, and water that has a bit of "every which way" to it even on a clear day. I see that here, and am delighted. I've spent days watching how water ebbs and flows around rocks, and you've got it here, honestly and spot-on. Voting, Favoriting (twice!), and welcoming you to Sarasvati Gallery! I'm just "right next door" in the Sarasvati Room of the gallery ... come over and have some ... well ... some cyber tea and cake!
