Filled with color across the spectrum, nature uses white selectively to add to the beauty of its landscapes – think white clouds in a blue sky, whitecaps on a flowing steel gray river, white flowers in a meadow of green and gold.

White on White, the artwork, celebrates nature’s beautiful white in the timeless flower of the rose, along with its more humble country cousin flowers, daisies and a carnation. I am a fine art painter who creates representational images celebrating light, life, and color. A commercial illustrator for more than 20 years, I have been painting for most of my life, and in the last 13 years have focused exclusively on fine art.
